On a Friday night after hanging out with his straight mates, Russell heads out to a nightclub, alone and on the pull. Just before closing, he meets Glen. And so begins a weekend—in bars and bedrooms, getting drunk and taking drugs, telling stories and having sex—that will resonate throughout their lives.

It's been nearly a year since he won Britain;'s Got Talent (deservedly so) and Jai McDowell has released his album, got his prize - an appearance at the Royal Variety Performance - our of the way and has reappeared with a new look. Still hot but cuter and better groomed.

Rugby player Sacha Harding has the perfect body. There I've said it.

He could be bigger, have more muscle bulk, he could be more toned, more ripped, more defined but, for me, I'm quite happy without all that. All that is fantasy, almost illusory. For me, Sacha Harding has the perfect body.
